The property was quite large, huge back yard for my dog, ( he absolutely loved it)
The host was a great communicator and also very courteous and accommodating of our requests.
Only that the yard wasn't fully fenced, but it wasn't advertised as such, so we were already aware that we would have to do a few things to make it secure for our fur baby.Also, it did get quite cold in the late evenings, but that was an easy fix. Around the corner we bought 2 $20 portable heaters from the supermarket.

House was clean , plenty of cooking & laundry facilities, comfortable. Good location ,short walk to shops and bus station.
Yard was not maintained, grass overgrown , at least 250mm high.

The location was great for where I needed to get to, which was the hospital. Being close to the mall was a plus.
Definitely a no frills home stay, and if you're on a budget, this is the stay for you.
There is only one air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. We use that to room to cool down during our stay. The rest of the home has fans.
