The Space:

This comfortable two-bedroom apartment provides a practical base in central Belfast, with separate living, dining and sleeping areas.



The apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, making it suitable for families or friends travelling together. There are also two bathrooms, providing added convenience when staying as a group.



The living area includes comfortable seating and a dining space, while the fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and kitchenware. A washing machine is also provided.



You'll have free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with streaming services, along with everything you need for a self-catering stay.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire apartment throughout your stay.



The property operates with self-check-in, with keys accessed via a lockbox outside the building. Clear arrival instructions will be provided before your stay once the required online check-in process has been completed.



Please note that the building has lifts, but they are currently not operational, so guests should be prepared to use the stairs.



The apartment is within a larger residential development. Central Belfast Apartments manages the individual apartment but does not manage the wider building or communal areas.



The Neighborhood:

Alfred Street is centrally located in Belfast, making it easy to explore much of the city on foot.



City Hall is just a few minutes' walk away, with Victoria Square, the main shopping district, St George's Market, the Grand Opera House and Waterfront Hall all within easy reach.



The surrounding area offers plenty of cafés, restaurants, traditional pubs and bars, while Belfast's Cathedral Quarter is also within walking distance. The central location makes the apartment particularly convenient for city breaks, shopping, sightseeing, entertainment and business stays.



Getting Around:

The central location means many of Belfast's main attractions can be reached on foot.



City Hall, Victoria Square, St George's Market, the Grand Opera House and Waterfront Hall are all within walking distance, while Belfast's main shopping streets and Cathedral Quarter are also close by.



Belfast's public transport network is easily accessible from the surrounding city-centre streets, with bus services and train connections available nearby.



For guests travelling further afield, Belfast Grand Central Station and other major transport links are within easy reach.

After booking, the booker must complete our 2-part online check-in form. This includes providing valid photo ID for all adult guests and a payment method for the £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold rather than a payment.



The apartment is located within a large residential development. Central Belfast Apartments manages the apartment itself, while the building's communal areas, entrance and wider facilities are managed separately by the building management company.



Please note that the building's lifts are currently not operational, so access to the apartment may require the use of stairs.
