The Space:

Jubilee Heights is a compact 1-bedroom apartment with a comfortable, practical layout and modern décor. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living area provides a sofa and Smart TV, giving you somewhere to relax during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with a fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle. The apartment also has free WiFi, a dining area and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire 1-bedroom apartment throughout your stay. The property operates with self-check-in, so there is no reception or staff member to meet you on arrival. Clear access instructions will be provided before your stay once the required online check-in process has been completed.



Free on-site parking is available within the building's car park.



The Neighborhood:

Jubilee Heights is situated on Jubilee Road in South Belfast, within easy reach of the Belfast City Hospital and Queen's University. The area provides a quieter residential base while remaining convenient for exploring the city.



Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum are both within walking distance, while Belfast Empire Music Hall is less than 1 km away. The surrounding area also offers convenient access to Lisburn Road, Botanic Avenue and their cafés, restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

The apartment is well positioned for getting around Belfast by foot and public transport. Belfast city centre is approximately a 20-minute walk away, while Botanic Gardens, the Ulster Museum and Belfast City Hospital are all within easy reach.



City Hospital railway station is nearby, providing connections across Belfast and beyond, while bus services are available in the surrounding area. Free on-site parking is also available, making the apartment particularly convenient if you're travelling by car.

After booking, the booker must complete our 2-part online check-in form. This includes providing valid photo ID for all adult guests and a payment method for the £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold rather than a payment.



The apartment is within a residential development, so guests are asked to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight. Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed. Pets are also not permitted.

We're a small local team and are available every day from 9am–5pm. You'll receive clear arrival instructions before your stay, along with a helpful Guidebook with information about the property and local area. As the apartment operates with self-check-in, you won't need to meet a member of our team on arrival, but we're always happy to answer questions or help with anything you may need during your stay.
