It was very cozy and honestly, great value for what we paid for three people! Our stay was 17 days and it was perfect. It’s about 7-10 minute from Otsuka station and about 3-5 minutes from the nearest convenience store. It’s also close enough where you can walk to Ikebukuro which was very nice for us. The AC worked great and they gave us blankets & towels if needed. The room we stayed in didn’t have a sink, but we could use the shower area as a sink (it had a faucet mode I think). The microwave was really strong and right outside our room. There’s a mini fridge, mirror & hair dryer. There’s also a washer below the stairs and they give you hangers to dry your clothes. There’s also a screen if you needed some air into the room. The staff was the best part! They’re super responsive and are really patient.
It’s a bit small but if you go in with that expectation, it’s no problem at all! I wish there was a dryer too but you can hang your clothes to dry or walk 5 minutes to a coin laundry place.
