Very nice place, everything needed and essential was there. They also sent a list of food places etc to visit. We liked the interior and the fact that there was also washing machine and dryer for clothes. There is air conditioner that alao helps either it's chilly or warm. Nothing bad to sat except that it's on a very noisy street and maybe not suitable for people with kids due that.
It was very noisy street, so I wasn't able to sleep well. Cars honking 3am and people walking bye so you can hear everything they talk about. Windows are only to the street side, so you basically can't open them, also it was basement floor, that was not an issue for us, but might be to someone else.
