Erg mooi, ruim, schoon en smaakvol appartement op een perfecte locatie en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. In de omgeving vele leuke restaurantjes.
Het inchecken. Na onze koffers 2 trappen naar boven te hebben gesleept, bleek de sleutel niet in het sleutelkastje te zitten op het afgesproken tijdstip. Wij onze host Rachel 2 x gebeld maar ze nam niet op. Appje gestuurd met daarbij foto van het lege sleutelkastje. Ze antwoordde kortaf dat ze haar collaborater ging bellen?? Verder geen updates, geen excuses of enig medeleven. Na een half uur kwam er gelukkig iemand met de sleutel. Daarna ook niets meer van Rachel vernomen of we goed zijn binnengekomen. Het kan gebeuren dat er iets misgaat maar communiceer dan fatsoenlijk met gasten. Nu hebben we een half uur op de trap zitten wachten zonder te weten of, hoe en wanneer het opgelost ging worden. Dit gaf een vervelend gevoel van onzekerheid.
