It was in a good location, the vanity was gorgeous, not having to deal with a key was really good.
The mattresses were really uncomfortable, the toilet was very weak at flushing, the air conditioning looked really old and disgusting, it also didn’t cool the place down. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a fan, which was a bit frustrating. The stove was gas powered so that was a bit frustrating and the induction fan didn’t really work as the steam/smoke would go through then place, so we had to cook with the windows and front door open. When using the utensils that were provided as they are plastic and going over a hot surface, they’d melt in bend, resulting in us having to replace it, so please don’t have plastic items. Another thing that was quite frustrating is that there was no dish rack for the dishes and the tea towel was that thin that it didn’t even dry it and added fibres from the tea towel back onto then place. Second last thing, thought out our stay we could hear animals in the walls scratching and we’ve also found a few cockroaches we stayed the first night. Lastly having to pay 1200 dollars just to stay there and then having to pay another 1200 dollars just for the deposit is just ridiculous. P.S. The parking situation on the property is just annoying, as you have to try and park in a cramped area, so if you aren’t that good at reverse parking, I wouldn’t recommend parking on the property, though if you attempt to park out the front of the property, you might not able to due to it being a public road and being across from a Bowles club.

Bed comfy. Location.
Too much street traffic noise with no double glazing. The building felt old and in need of a good make over.
We feel it was oversold as a ‘penthouse’ but it certainly doesn’t warrant that title. It’s a 3 bedroom unit ONLY.
