The staff was very friendly. The room was clean.
Upon arrival (which was right at check in time at 4:00) the valet told me I couldn’t park with them because they were full. It stated when I booked my stay I did not need to reserve parking. I ended up parking across the street which would have been fine, but it cost me almost $200.
