Walk to Eastern Market, restaurants, bars, and all that Capitol Hill has to offer. Hop on a nearby Capital Bikeshare bike and ride to the Capitol or the Mall, or take the nearby Anacostia River Trail to lovely Kenilworth Gardens or to take in a game at Nationals Park or Audi Field. Located a few blocks from two metro stations, you’re never far from it all.
This lovely 2-bedroom Capitol Hill carriage house is perfect for your escape. With a king bed, queen bed, and a cozy living room with a twin sofa bed, this welcoming property offers a pleasant stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washer and dryer, and AC during your visit. Or sit and enjoy the greenery in the (shared) back garden or community garden.

House was very neat and organized just like its pictures. Patio parking is very tight but we did get a buick enclave to just fit.Hosts were quick to respond to a minor property issue. Great place to stay for 5 or less people. Short walk to the metro made touring the museums and monuments very easy.Would rent again.

Our family needed a comfortable “home away from home” while being near downtown for sightseeing. This property was perfect! Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. We loved the fully stocked kitchen so we could prepare meals at home, having two bathrooms was very helpful, and it was wonderful to have private parking right on the property after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with Erin was always prompt and gracious. We hope to visit again.

Your place is beautiful!! We loved our stay and we will be back. One thing id like to recommend is a full size mirror in one of the bedrooms!
