Condo was private with surrounding woods. The Sea Colony grounds were very well kept! Loved the option of using the tram to move threw out the property.
Please have maintenance staff/housekeeping go through rentals and replace burned out light bulbs. (There were six out between the two bathrooms in this unit.) Tighten doorknobs, They loosen up from normal use.

Was charming mix of old and new, very good area with a lot of room for a big family to spread out and enjoy.
The beds need to be updated badly and the water pressure was a bit off in the back shower.

The quiet neighborhood and most of the house was clean.
It was a bit dusty, left us all with sniffles. It was also quite a ways from the beach which I didn’t know beforehand. For some reason the hot water was also turned off and it was quite the task to find the breaker so we could turn it on.
