We had a private twin room. Staff were nice and jumped to fix a minor issue for me without me needing to ask.
The futons were comfy and the room had good aircon. Location is good- close to nice restaurants and JR station. Enough space to lay out suitcases which doesn’t seem too common in Japan. Room and shower/toilet were clean.
It really did feel like staying in someone’s house while they were still living in it more than other guesthouses, but for the price that’s fair.
The shower/sink area wasn’t very private. Only the shower door and a curtain separated it from the main kitchen area. A actual door with a lock would be nicer.
The kitchen could be a bit cleaner and the strong smell of cooking travelled to the bedrooms even with the doors closed.

Väldigt trevlig värd och boendet var oerhört prisvärt. Bekväma sovplatser med tillgång till delad dusch, kök och toalett. Hygienartiklar och handdukar ingår. Stort plus att vi fick lämna bagage redan innan incheckning! Mycket bra!

Hosts were friendly, the interior was basic but functional and I liked it. I slept very well and for the price, it is hard to beat…
If you are on a business trip, be aware that the hosts normally don’t issue invoices.
