We travelled as a family and it felt like we were staying at home while in Tokyo.

Check in was really easy and the host's instruction were detailed and clear.

Worst accommodation experience we ever had. Would not advise anyone to go.

Absolutely NOTHING besides the fact that it was clean maybe

The AC in our bedroom didnt work, we complained about it and the staff came and acknowledged it but did not bother fixing it or help us in any way, we had to fight through Japan’s heatwaves with no AC. The appliances provided was also limited. For the money we paid we have stayed at better hotels with better service and customer care than this.

Great location for families

The property was exactly as listed. I traveled with my family of 4 and it was great. It was very clean, close to the Akasaka train station, next door to a 7/11, and was very walkable tons of food options close by. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very near the train station, the area is very peaceful, the place is clean, it is very comfortable for a family of 4, it has all the amenities you need including a washing machine and dryer.

The property was exactly as listed. I traveled with my family of 4 and it was great. It was very clean, close to the Akasaka train station, next door to a 7/11, and was very walkable tons of food options close by. I would definitely stay here again.
