We were so happy with this apartment. It is very spacious, with all the utilities you might need. Bed is comfortable, shower was perfect. Apartment was clean. Great to have a washing machine and dryer.
We were not expecting the size of the apartment. It is so bright and spacious with two balconies and an amazing rooftop terrace with views over the city.
We were unsure about booking because it is outside of the main city centre but it actually worked out perfectly. It is outside the main hustle and bustle for a bit of quiet but literally a 2 min walk to the nearest tram stop. Santa Maria Novella train station is four tram stops away and right beside the historical centre.
There is a nice cafe up from the apartment on the corner and a handy supermarket one street over.
We were thrilled with the apartment overall.
Could do with a proper ironing board as the small table top one provided was very awkward.

Lovely apartment with everything needed for a comfortable longer stay. Location is excellent-just a stone’s throw from the tram. Great neighborhood with all of your needs met. Would happily stay here again.

Logement propre et moderne avec de beaux espaces. La terrasse est très agréable mais nous ne l’avons pas utilisée en raison de la chaleur estivale
Le logement est éloigné du centre ville (environ 25 minutes de marche à pied) ; il est donc nécessaire de prendre le tram (station en bas du logement)

A few tram stops away from the centre.
There is no garage parking. The info on the page is a little misleading. It’s probably not referring to the apartment in Via Luigi Gordigiani 38, even though it’s clearly stated on the main page as one of the amenities. Parking is on the street and is paid.
