This is a strict no-smoking, no-vaping, no-weed, no-party property. If these rules are broken, guests will be subject to fees of $500 or more.
If you need to smoke, you can safely do so outside of the building on the street.
Check-in time is 4 pm and Check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out is available with a fee!

If flying into Miami International, you can take the Miami Metro system directly to the First Street Metro Mover station at the entrance of the building, all for just $2.25!

This is the best property I’ve ever stayed at! The host was very communicative, kind, and quick to answer any questions I had. The property is in a prime downtown Miami location, right beside the free MetroMover to connect all over the area. The unit was wonderfully equipped, exceptionally clean, and beautifully designed. I would gladly stay again, and highly recommend this property and host!
