El alojamiento es exactamente como se describe en el anuncio y las fotos reflejan fielmente lo que te encuentras al llegar, algo que valoramos muchísimo. Destacamos sobre todo la amabilidad y la atención de todo el personal, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos durante toda nuestra estancia. Las camas son muy cómodas y, sin duda, uno de los mayores atractivos fue poder disfrutar de una villa privada para nosotros solos, lo que hizo que la estancia en Ubud fuera todavía más especial y relajante.

Sinceramente, no tenemos nada negativo que destacar. Todo estuvo perfecto y nuestra experiencia fue realmente buena. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

The bedsheet were dirty even i told staff about that they said they can’t change it because they just cleaned it with changing bed sheets And also during check in we waited a lot near pick up point which they gave us but they didn’t came there to pick us up which was so upsetting and unmanaged
