The room is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a heated rack for your towels in the bathroom as well. The location is great. About a 10 minute walk from the central area. Located near shopping, restaurants, fast food. The publix bus is around the corner. Sette Vele is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main bus station and train station which are side by side from each other. Tanja and Angela were excellent. Angela was hands on, professional, considerate and wonderful. I would stay here again or at least recommend this place to people looking to travel to Trieste!

Die Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal stehts bemüht und freundlich, sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer, alles was man für einen Städtettip benötigt. Natürlich war auch die Sauberkeit top. Absolut empfehlenswert. Komme gerne wieder.

The personnel were great and very responsive to our concerns. After our feedback (see below) they gave us another room that helped us to stay in the hotel - and the other room was very nice and the bed was good, I could perhaps stay in that room again if I was only travelling with adults. A/C was working well. The room we first got seemed like an afterthought, and if I were the hotel owner, I would not have it available for guests at all.
The family deluxe suite room did not match with the pictures on the website - there was no "real" bed, only a sofa bed, which was quite narrow for two adults. It was said that the room would be spacious and even have a seating area, but in our opinion it was quite crammed and definitely had no seating area — seems like the marketing text writer had forgotten that the room has no real bed, and since it's a family room then both sofas will be open for sleeping, and therefore space is actually very limited.
Word of caution: This one specific room (Family Deluxe) very clearly had a moisture/mold problem — the smell in that room was strong, while the other room we got did not have the same smell at all.
In smaller things, some amenities were missing or not working such as kettle (both rooms) and bidet shower (one room), also the noise proofing from corridor wasn't very good (e.g. you could see light coming from the corridor at night)), but these probably wouldn't be worth mentioning if the fundamentals were alright, and in this case they weren't.
However, I want to repeat that the personnel did their best to fix the situation, and even gave us an additional room for free, which was very ok and much better matched the price we paid, and helped us to get through the night.
