Location was good, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was really good and nice place to eat breakfast staff were very attentive

Convenient location near train station
I had to check in at one building while my room was located in another, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, no breakfast was offered. I expected a better value for money.

Central location close to some landmarks, easy to find.
Although they did send a message about self checkin is not always easy when travelling to sit down and do that.
The check in at the hotel took almost 20 minutes. It was late at night my kid was sleeping and it took ages to go through the passport checks which i never encountered before.
The breakfast was fair but the food was all in a narrow corner spot which made it difficult to navigate with so many people.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the station and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and square. However, the rooms are quite small and the bed was uncomfortable, which affected the overall stay. The air conditioning was not up to standard and struggled to keep the room comfortable. Breakfast was ok for a light breakfast and there was no kettle or tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. Overall, it was adequate for a one-night stay, but I would not choose it for a longer visit.
