High quality mattress and pillows. Good location, lovely view outside the window. The hotel is in a busy location, but windows are soundproof. We took full advantage of the filtered water.
For a four-star hotel, I was a bit surprised by the coldness and rudeness of some of the staff. We followed the hotel’s instructions and notified them via WhatsApp that we would arrive an hour before check-in to drop off our bags. No one responded to our message or answered our calls. Someone eventually called to say they were running late, but we still weren’t given a door code so we could leave our luggage. When the staff member finally arrived, I got the sense that she was having a bad day and didn’t want to deal with me. She scowled and ignored me and our luggage until my male partner appeared. Then she was suddenly all smiles and very nice to him. It was a very odd experience.

Very nice and spacious room. Nice shower. Great location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. They allowed me to leave the luggage in the lobby.
In the morning cleaning lady started to clean the corridor and the rooms very early and very loud, throwing some things and making a lot of nice :( it woke me up. On the positive note no noise from the outside. Only from the corridor :(

This was a very clean and well presented apartment centrally located in Trieste with all the attractions and dining options on the doorstep. The bed and pillows were excellent with a modern and very clean bathroom. It also provided a good functioning air-conditioning which was greatly appreciated during the recent European heatwave!
The support prior to and during our visit was exceptional with reception support being available for limited times during the day. The apartment has secure access and has the bonus of a good operating lift.
This was a fantastic apartment for stay in central Trieste.
