Very well located apartment with self-check in. Clean and conformable rooms with shared kitchen. The a/c was a godsend :) perfect for a short stay. Located on 1st floor but has elevator.
doors were a bit flimsy and we could hear the other guests. Front door particularly loud but that might have to do with guests returning late and slamming it rather than any real structural issue.

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and cozy, the sheard kitchen was very useful and had all the equipment you may need.
The location was great also.
the only issue I had , the wifi signal wasn't good at my room and even though I had roaming but the phone signal was weak also.

Location
Impossible for taxi cab to locate with the given address. The Internet-based entrance “key” didn’t work for over an hour. I had to contact the host after hours to get it to work. He wasn’t that helpful though. Residents had to let me in the building to get started. There is an elevator but only AFTER you drag your luggage up 6-8 stairs. The 007 door locks (multiple locks and devices) were a hassle. Two people in our party ripped our knuckles up on the door handle.

Modern room, close to restaurants and the harbour
We were disappointed that the accommodation was not an apartment, as indicated from Booking.com, but was in fact a room with a shared kitchen. When we arrived late in the evening we had no hot water, as the hot water machine needed to be switched on, so we had to wait for a while to have a shower. Later the hot water machine was screeching so we needed to turn it off during the night. I did not have internet on my phone so accessing the front door code was a challenge and required hot spotting with another phone, making it complicated.
