These studios are a design forward and very interesting way to experience this incredible city. We had a street entrance and also a 3rd floor studio, and both units were unique and very well designed. There was plenty of space to relax and feel like a chic local. This location is wonderful also, a quick walk to anywhere interesting in the city and the immediate neighborhood feels a bit more local than the more central parts of the city, tho not far at all. You can get amazing coffee, drinks, pasta and pastry within 1 minute - truly. And a lot of thought went into the design and execution of the units, I appreciate the good taste of the interiors.

The property was clean, has a lift and in a good location. The check in and out was easy. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets close by and not far from the train station, main piazza or lovely seafront.
The property was great only a small thing of shower head not staying in position and the lighting with lamps not very bright in the evening when shutters are closed.

The location of the place is good, very close to the sea and dining areas. There is a place in 2 mins walks for coffee and market shopping. The shampoo, body cream and soap provided was also good quality. Decoration of the room is good
There was urine smell coming from the toilet which started on our second day which made us very uncomfortable and we wanted to leave the place as soon as possible. We were given the top floor where there was a wooden beam where the bed was and it was inevitable to hit the wooden beam. Due to the nature of the place, rooftop, one would hear everything twice the more like the wind, rain, etc.so sleeping was not easy. in overall, we were disappointed with the smell coming from the toilet and the bed area provided.
