住宿地點坐落車站後方，走天橋過鐵軌就到，包棟住宿有廚房餐具冰箱煮水壺茶包非常方便，當日雨狂我由花之窟落湯雞前往熊野市想提前13:00入住，屋主慷慨答應。還幫我聯絡十津川飯店取消事宜，雖被飯店主人拒絕，仍耐心幫我找到jalan客服連結，寫信過去成功取消，感謝屋主的熱情。

駅から本当に近いです。スーパーなどもあります。本当に一軒家で、ほとんどの設備が揃っています。まわりに宿泊施設が少ないので、助かりました。
予約の段階では１人かと思いましたが、先客がいて、シェアになりました。見知らぬ人と一軒家でいるのは緊張しました。部屋の貴重品を入れるタンスの鍵が壊れていました。顔写真付きの身分証明書をメールで送るのも、気になりました。

初めてセルフチェックインで一棟貸切の宿泊施設を利用しました。終始誰とも接しないので宿泊というよりはホントに熊野で一日一人暮らしを経験するような感じでとてもリラックスできて良かったです。場所は2階のデッキから駅の全ホームが見渡せるほど駅のすぐそばで夜風にあたりながら終電が出るのをボーっと眺めるのもいいです。水回りも清潔に保たれタオルやドライヤー、洗濯機も利用できます。
事前に身分証を提示するためにbooking.comではない外部メールアドレス宛にメールを送るようメッセージがきますが詐欺などではなくオーナーさん本人ですので協力する必要があります。booking.comは直ちに写真も添付できるチャットの仕様にすべきです。
