Beagle Point is a waterfront paradise on a barrier island! This DOG FRIENDLY 4 bedroom, pool home is perfect for your next Florida vacation - manatees and dolphins cruise by within inches of our boathouse dock which is ready for dining, happy hour, fishing, boating. Explore the saltwater creeks and islands with our two KAYAKS or our two stand up paddle boards. Launch your boat at one of three nearby ramps or rent a boat at one of the many local outlets and keep it tied up in the back yard at our deep water dock with lighting, power, and fresh water.
Chef's kitchen fully equipped, 3.5 baths, game room, bikes, fireplace indoors and fire pit outdoors (for seasonal use OCT thru May). Eco-wildlife tours available and Clark will pick you up on his boat right at our dock. Aquarina golf course is a 3 min drive! Take a day trip to Disney, ride bikes to the beach or Sebastian Inlet, Vero Beach is 20 min away!

Beagle Point is everything it boasts on Vrbo and more, we stayed there for our wedding and honeymoon and we fell in love with this property as did our friends,
The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need,
The dock and pool areas are just as stunning. we saw manatee and dolphins everyday as well as osprey and other wildlife, it was hard to drag ourselves away once they appeared,
Bill was great in terms of the communication and we didn’t need to ask for anything as they had literally thought off everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we couldn’t have stayed anywhere better and we will remember Beagle Point for all our years to come, would 100% go back, Miiss it already,

The house itself was great. We enjoyed the view of the river and the pool. The restaurants in the area are fantastic. Bill is very nice and he was prompt with communication. The only thing we did not like was all the small insects. They were constantly biting. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Beagle Point.

We loved our stay at this house and the pictures do not do it justice! When you walk it the house, it is so perfectly decorated that you just smile! The owners literally thought of everything - kayaks, paddle boards, pool, fishing poles, little beach umbrellas for your beach chairs, beach towels, bug sprays, bikes, laundry room with detergent AND a commercial ice machine out back! We will definitely be back AND will pack a little lighter next time. Sunset views were incredible and saw dolphins multiple times per day. Everyone had their bedroom privacy as well. Very comfortable for 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a toddler plus a dog. Owners are very responsive and accommodating.
No doubt we will be back!

We stayed Jul 30- Aug 6. First I want to talk about the owner Bill he really is amazing, the moment I booked it I received an email and text message from him. He introduced himself and told me if I ever have questions to just text him. Every time I did he responded in most cases within an hour and always gave me great advice.
The house is also amazing, the inside is very well laid out with 2 bedrooms upstairs sharing a bathroom with a great jetted tub. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms that the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you can think of. He just put an 80 inch tv that looks great. 2 separate thermostats so the temperature was always nice and cool.
The outside is ridiculous the pool is awesome and the back dock we fished off of every day and caught a ton of catfish. The fenced in yard was great my 2 dogs loved running around and we seen manatees and dolphins daily. The 2 stand up paddle boards and kayaks were fun the entire family loved taking them out daily.
One of the most impressive things for us was the amount of supplies he has. He makes sure you have more then enough toilet paper, laundry soap, dish washer tabs as well as soaps and conditioner and many many other things so please pack light as he has you covered. There are more then enough life jackets as well as fishing rod and supplies.
Sorry for such a long review but I have rented many houses and nothing compares to this house. Bill takes so much pride in his house he was actually in town and offered to take my trash cans out. You will never want to leave. Bill thanks for a great house we really enjoyed it.
