Just 15 km from Milazzo, with its stunning beaches and the ferry terminal for the Aeolian Islands, the house offers a perfect location combining the sea, culture, and relaxation.
Apartment 1, located on the upper floor, is spacious and bright, ideal for families with children or groups of friends. It features three bedrooms: one with a twin bed, one with a double bed and a crib, and one with a queen-size bed, with the option to add another cot. The apartment features an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a second bathroom with a shower and a changing table, accessible from the hallway.
It also includes a spacious living room with a study, a fully equipped and bright kitchen, and a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking the Bay of Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands, equipped with a barbecue and large tables for outdoor lunches and dinners. A laundry room and a high chair are also available upon request. Access is via a shared entrance hall with a grand wooden staircase, which retains the charm of historic homes.
Guests can also enjoy the common living room, shared with the other apartment in the house, while still maintaining their privacy.
