Enjoy a nearly one-acre fenced backyard complete with a hammock, cornhole, and plenty of space to roam. Pick fresh herbs and veggies from the garden. Fly away from it all — and nest at Yellow Bird, where serenity and style meet the magic of the mountains. Something for every visitor! Pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, dog toys, board games, lots of coffee goodies etc. Regardless of the rainy weather we had plenty to enjoy. The area being fenced in was a huge plus for my dog. Very convenient to Lake Lure & Chimney Rock.

The Yellow Bird Cabin was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. When we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely note and thoughtful surprise from Ellie to celebrate our anniversary! We felt genuinely welcomed, and it was clear that a special effort had been made to include our dogs. The property was ideal for them to run and explore—it’s clear that dogs aren’t just allowed here, they’re truly celebrated. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and spending time on the deck, watching the birds and taking in the beautiful mountain views. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and everything we needed was right at hand. We can’t wait to come back!
