The pool area flanked on one side by plants and by other by a garden with lawn and plants. Proceeding around the villa, a service available to guests with outdoor shower, changing room and a second room with washing machine use. Following you meet a further covered porch, with a cooking area of masonry, stone barbecue.

We've just had a great stay at this villa - 4 adults and 3 children (7 y). The property is spacious, peaceful and surrounded by greenery, with plenty of terraces and cosy corners to relax. The highlight is definitely the large pool.The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The rooms are generous in size, the outdoor areas are fantastic, everything was just as in the photos. We appreciated the quiet, rural setting among olive and lemon trees, while still being just a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the main road connecting Catania and Siracusa – ideal for sightseeing.Andrea is an exceptional host: friendly, responsive and always ready to help.This villa is perfect for families with children or groups looking for space and a relaxing atmosphere. We had a fantastic time and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

What a beautiful villa with an amazing pool! The villa was close to the supermarket and we had everything we needed for a fun family holiday. Andreas was a great host and brought more fans when we needed them. We’d definitely recommend this villa!!

We had the best time, the villa was spacious giving us plenty of room, the pool was large and warm. There was always somewhere for us to gather but also a place for us to chill. We would definitely recommend
