The home needs a lot of updating and a deep clean. The master shower leaked across the bathroom floor with every shower. The corners and grout (and caulk) in the entire home was dirty and worn. The coffee pot had used coffee grounds in the pot when we checked in. The hosts do not supply wash cloths and only one towel per guests no matter the length of stay. There are no hand towels or kitchen towels offered either. There was only one roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels left in the home that sleeps 12 people! There was no laundry soap left to wash said towels either, only an offer to let me pay for more towels if needed. No dish soap, one dishwasher pod, dirty floors, the door was unlocked at check in.... the list goes on. The home needs a lot of care as it appears the actual owners have not set foot in it in quite some time, if ever. We have stayed at Vista Cay many times but will be aware of the owner/manager before ever booking again!
