The Space:

This charming three-story home features three bedrooms: two with king-sized beds and one with a queen. The main floor offers an open-concept kitchen and living area, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. On the lower level, you'll find an additional living room with a couch that includes a queen pull-out bed, providing extra sleeping space. Spacious Living Area: Relax by the fireplace in our open living room, perfect for unwinding with a movie or a good book.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: From a quick breakfast to a full dinner, our kitchen has everything you need to fuel your adventures, including a gas range.

Modern Amenities: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a washer and dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

A brand-new build completed in Dec 2020; we have fiber internet, all new LG kitchen appliances, a gas grill outside, Magnolia Home kitchenware, Crux x Ghetto Gastro kitchen electrics, dimmers in every room to set the mood, down-free Buffy pillows and comforters, and a modern living room gas fireplace for cool nights. All rooms in the house have 10 foot ceilings, tons of light, unobstructed views of the Wasatch Mountains and include custom art made specifically for the home. The Master king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the 2nd King bedroom can be separated into 2 twin beds to accommodate different sleeping arrangements. The downstairs living room couch by the fireplace pulls out into a queen bed. All bedrooms have full size closets and there are two additional half-bathrooms are on 1st and 2nd floor.
