Wonderful hosts, very welcoming and reactive to any questions or requests.
The house is spacious and very clean and nicely renovated with fresh tatami, contemporary kitchen, and modern bathroom. For us, a family of 5 with two children in elementary school age and a kindergardener, there was more than plenty of room for everyone.
There is a well-sorted supermarket and a nice Onsen/Sentō nearby, <5min by foot. Various conbinis are 5min by foot. Next JR station (Minami-Senju) is 10min by foot. 15min to Asakusa Shrine by e-scooter. There are also multiple playgrounds in walking distance.
We'd definitely love to come again if we will get the chance.
Nothing. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Can fully recommend for a family or group of friends.
Before our stay we were a bit worried whether a large van would fit into the garage. I am happy to report that the garage did exactly equal the measurements as shown in the pictures and our Toyota Noah fit exactly into it.

The entire space was comfortable for our group, the equipment was simple but sufficient, the host stayed in touch with us during our stay, location was Anit distant from the main Tokyo attractions, but it was well connected and had many stores in the and walking distance.
The house was a bit dusty, previous client left his garbage at the entrance. No big deal, just not really pleasant.
