Location was excellent - we were there for an event at the ballpark and had easy access to it. Lots of restaurants nearby for meals and a 24 hour store for basics also close by. We used Uber for further out locations (the Zoo) and it was a reasonable cost to get there. Plenty of space in the apartment for our group - the front bedroom is very small though.
No major complaints - Wifi initially didn't work but I contacted the owner and he was able to resolve that. Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud the first night which made it hard to sleep. Also air conditioning in living room works well but was so loud it was hard to hear the TV.
