Located directly on the Cincinnati streetcar circuit, just a half block from the Aronoff Center, or a short walk to all the entertainment in Over the Rhine, Fountain Square, and Downtown. Spacious 2 BR condo with big living room, large bedrooms. Easy, reasonably priced parking in surface lots using parking app, owner responded right away to questions. I didn't see the part about the stairs but there are a lot of them, would probably still stay again for the location.

Very nice place. Stairs are a challenge but that was made clear in the listing. My wife and I stayed for a 6 game Reds home stand. This place is perfect distance to the park (7 blocks) and within walking distance of about anything you’d want or need. Communications with property manager were easy and immediate.

Nice place but would have preferred closer to stadium area. No wash clothes. 6 flights of steep stairs was difficult.
