Located in the historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, this private home is perfectly situated in the heart of Cincinnati's vibrant urban core. Steps away from Main and Vine streets, and all the shops, restaurants and breweries district has to offer. Walking distance to the Ziegler Park & Pool, Washington Park, Findlay Market, Music Hall and new FC Cincinnati Stadium, and a short Streetcar ride to the Business District and Bengals and Reds stadiums. Free street parking in front of house. Please note that the house is located in an urban setting and on a busy street which generates traffic noise. This may be the case even at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

The house was very fairly priced and close to downtown. Ervin was very responsive before, during and after our visit.

This House was just what our family needed for our short trip. We came down with the purpose of taking our dog to get some dental work and to visit the zoo. The house was very accommodating for my mother to have the downstairs bedroom, they had a pack and play already set up for our 11 month old, and the icing on the cake was to be able to bring our dog with us. The host was able to answer the few questions we had in a very timely fashion. All good things here!

This is a well renovated house. There is plenty of space for 6 people. Everything is clean and comfortable. The water in the showers was not very hot, but I think the owner will adjust this after my reminder. He is very responsive.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood itself it great but the location of the home is not. Loud streets at night made sleeping difficult (as others have said), not great for families.
