very very poor for tourists. Should not be marketed in category of hotel. Like service apartment.

Not much.

The checkin process was very very difficult. It is supposed to be automatic with no human support. There was no human support. But the automatic process was very non-intuitive. There was no lift. So as a traveller how do you carry your luggage to the fourth floor? The staircases are narrow and each stair case is high. How do old people climb? All the above should be mentioned clearly in the booking. It looks like a great property online but it is far from that. There is no breakfast and and the whole places feels isolated and eerie. It is definitely not for tourists. May be it can be marketed as a self service apartment but should not be put up as a hotel.

Way too cramped for four people with four suitcases. The futon should be two individual ones. Missing hooks for the towels in the bathroom
