Massively disappointing 'apartment'.

At least the 'apartment' is strategically located, close to the Pta Venezia station.

The 'apartment' is, in fact, nothing more than a converted business unit at the ground floor, across the street of the address mentioned in the ad. The storefront has been covered with a matte foil, making it impossible to look in, or out. It has only one window, which was on the street side and could be further opened from the outside, making it a risk for a break-in. The shower drain was clogged, resulting in a flooded bathroom the fist night. I had to remove the filter, to solve it and prevent the bathroom from turning into a pool the next days. The 'apartment' was extremely hot, damp and smelled like an ashtray. The two non-stop working aircons / heaters made too much sound to have a proper sleep. Which was impossible anyway, on the cheap open-coil mattresses with the metal coil cutting into my shoulder, hip and knee. (I'm an average bloke of 1.83 meters and 86 kilos who sleeps on his side) I have send out 5 requests for an invoice. Not one received a reply. In my 20+ years of international traveling - including Asia and Latin America - this was, by far, the most disappointing place to sleep for 3 nights. My experience has made me launch an official complaint with Booking. To which the host hasn't even replied. I would rather recommend anyone to sleep in the doghouse instead.

Las instalaciones perfectas, limpias, espaciosas, todo en excelente estado.

En nuestro caso, yo reservé entendiendo que quedaba cerca de la estación de tren Bernina Express, y realmente si no tienes auto, estás obligado a coger taxi. Que en nuestro caso nos cobró 25€ de ida y 20€ al dia siguiente de regreso, porque el lugar es a unos 10 minutos en coche y no hay ningún tipo de transporte público. Así que si no lleváis coche, tened en cuenta ese aspecto. De resto todo excelente
