We have two homes right next door. If your group wants to stay close—such as family, wedding weekend groups, or friends traveling together—we can host 10+ guests in each home.

We had booked this home at the last minute but got a quick response from Nicole. We told her we were in Memphis for our granddaughters' graduation. There were seven adults which the home had three bedrooms upstairs and one huge master bedroom and bath downstairs. The kitchen was an open design so everyone could be involved at all times. Plenty of seating for our family meals. The outdoors had a patio couch area and a nice size hot tub. First day the air hockey table did not work but after we texted Nicole, a property manager showed up quickly and got us all set up. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen had basic cookware. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nicole for accommodating us at the last minute.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting our son at the University of Memphis. The home was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to campus. Kris was an amazing host — very responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Our family especially loved the game room, which made the trip even more fun. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Such a great experience!
