What a great property! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Knoxville. Great location and everything was stocked for what you would need. You can see the river from the rooftop deck and there is a great little beer market right across the street. Other restaurants are withing walking distance as well. We will definitely be back!

Immaculate Townhouse! This property was a great place to stay for our recent trip to the University of Tennessee. The house had easy, accessible parking. Loads of great details within the house that made it so welcoming, a few of our favorites were the comfy mattresses with super soft sheets, spacious showers with excellent water pressure and the views from the 3rd floor balcony! Definitely would stay here again!
