Nice stay for a solo business traveler. As I arrived early, they let me leave my luggage while I went to take care of some business until my check-in time nearby. Location is very convenient. The room was clean, the air was not moldy, AC worked well. They offered the minimum toiletries that are currently not offered in bigger hotels in HK. Also, a self-check in system was good.
No drinking water, simple microwave or electric kettle, etc to make tea or coffee in the lounge area. Businesses may be opened 24/7 in the area, but a simple water tank with hot/cold water would have been great there to reach during the night. Also, the battery of my phone was almost exhausted when I arrived, and I did not get the *self check-in* instructions on my phone on time, so I was wondering for a while. I did not like to have been informed about self check-ins in the hard way. It won't hurt to make sure a two-ways communication is in place.

the position is fantastic
the room was really too small for me, impossible to open the suitcase the towel was very bad (almost transparent)
