Owner is stealing money!

Owner is stealing money! Big Warning for everybody. Owner is not fair. You have been warned. Good luck to you.

Owner is stealing money! Big Warning for everybody. Owner is not fair. You have been warned. I have accidentaly made double payment of the city accomodation tax and informed the owner imediatelly. He recived the message, however, did not returned the money.

Overall it was pretty good

Location, cleanness

5 / 10

Decent but disappointing

The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries to use. There was also additional pullout bed in the closet for use. I liked the space & it had an authentic charm to it. They also had lots of sugar & coffee pods for use so that was amazing.

The washing machine didn’t work as advertised on the listing & there was electricity issues throughout the property. The washing machine shut off all the electricity while we were outside so we couldn’t get back into the apartment as the key works through the WiFi. The owner tried to help but was 400 km away at the time so couldn’t fix the washing machine or electricity issues for us. The location was in Chinatown, which is ok but we didn’t realize this when booking. We had to walk around 5-10 min to reach Italian food restaurants & shops from our place. Also it was quite a process to get to the apartment with an old elevator & lots of steps even after taking the elevator.

Super slecht

Niks

Eigenlijk alles. Toen we aankwamen was niks schoongemaakt.
