Pristine very spacious apartment with a brand new feel. Immaculately presented and daily service was impeccable. Thick walls, doors and windows minimised extrinsic noise.
If we were picky... it ran at 17C which we found very cold. And despite having a kitchen space, there was no access to even basic utensils (like a bowl and spoon )...and not available at reception.

Nice clean hotel in a good location. Kowloon park and metro station just a few minutes walk away. Many restaurants around the area.
View from our window was just the tower block across the road. I suspect many views in HK are like this.
Almost no parking outside the hotel. We needed to drag our bags 100m down the road when we arrived.

Hotel and the room were new and very stylish, the location is practical and the staff lady at the counter was super nice.
There is no sound proofing, the walls are like paper and we could literally hear all the noises coming from other rooms. The other guests during our entire time were very noisy and uneducated, it was terrible to sleep properly. The wifi was also terrible, they tried to fix the issue but nothing changed, cleaning service also put the AC (without checking with us) so strong that when we came back during the evening, we had to wear our jackets for 2h.
We didn’t like the area at all, it didn’t match the hotel’s vibe, it was dirty and we had a very weird feeling staying there.
