IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

• THIS PROPERTY INCLUDES a detached Garage Studio Apartment (the original Carriage House). Its fully separated from the Main House by a 6 ft privacy fence.

• The Garage Studio apartment is typically rented monthly to verified, background checked traveling medical professionals. If it is UNOCCUPIED during your stay, we will let you know (it’s usually booked). Garage Studio guests use street parking only. The Main House has full use of the private driveway.

•Communication is important to us, and we appreciate your responsiveness during your stay.

• Sorry, no pets at this location. Our sister property (Edgewood Place) down the street accepts pets.

• No 3rd party bookings. The person booking must be the person staying on the property.

• This home is not designed for young children. There are delicate art pieces, unanchored furniture, and no child specific items such as Pack ’n Plays.  We leave the decision to bring children up to our guests. By staying at Edgewood Place, you accept all risk and responsibility associated with having children on the property. Please make sure everyone is safe and secure at all times.

• You must be at least 25 years old to book this home, or a rental lease is required.
