First of all, the apartment enjoys an exceptional location right in the city center, just a few steps away from Bari Vecchia, Teatro Margherita, the central train station, bus stops, local markets, shops, and restaurants. Inside, the space is generally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Overall, the apartment offers great value and convenience, and I would definitely consider staying here again. However, addressing these necessary repairs and maintenance issues would significantly elevate the guest experience.
Areas for Improvement:
Door Lock: The front door lock is difficult to operate. It features an old-style mechanical key that requires a significant amount of trial and error and good luck to successfully lock or unlock.
Balcony Conditions: The outdoor balcony area requires a deeper clean, and the rusted chair needs either a fresh coat of anti-rust paint or a full replacement.
Maintenance Details: Several minor fixtures need attention, including a loose door handle that recently detached ,some visible mold in the shower grout, broken lamp

Апартаменты прекрасные!!!! Фото соответствует реальности, жильём остались довольны! Спасибо хозяину квартиры за раннее заселение , к нашему приезду все было подготовлено!рядом с апартаментами есть - продуктовый, рыбный и фруктовые магазины , все в шаговой доступности) наше пребывание прошло шикарно, мы довольны ))) Спасибо

Emplacement idéal à l’écart de la masse touristique et proche de tout, quartier très sympa avec la Taberna Cairoli à deux pas qui a été notre cantine 3 étoiles !!
L’appartement a de belles prestations et une jolie décoration malheureusement il manque de soin et d’entretien: matelas et protège matelas tachés, oreillers sans protège oreiller, rideau décroché et voilage sale, abattant WC dévissé et mal lavé odeur d’urine, ampoule miroir salle de bain grillée, moisissure dans douche , balcon sale et une chaise rouillée, poubelle sous évier non vidée, poussière sous les lits… Ça fait beaucoup de choses à revoir, c’est dommage de laisser ce lieu charmant se dégrader, après avoir fait un peu de ménage notre séjour dans l’appartement a été agréable.
