* No smoking is allowed inside the property; a $500 fee applies for
violations and may result in removal from the property.
* Pets are allowed with prior authorization and a pet fee. Service
animals are free with proper documentation. Unauthorized pets may
lead to stay termination without a refund.
* Trash must be disposed of using the front door bench for bagged
trash and broken-down boxes. A fine of $250 applies for
non-compliance.
* Resort cards are necessary for access to the clubhouse, fitness
center, and community pool. There is a $25 fee for a lost card.
* Designated parking must be used. Illegally parked cars are subject
to towing at the owner's expense.
* Professional pest control is in place, but bugs may occasionally
enter due to the Florida climate. This is not an indication of
