no stay

I didn’t stay here , we booked to stay and we arrived we were shocked and the appearance of the property.It was absolutely nothing like the photos on booking.com.We were scared for our safety even to get out and go in the office.It looked like it could be an unsafe environment and dangerous.I immediately cancel on line and we had to make other arrangements. I feel this is faults advertisement and have tried to get a resolve with booking.com and the property.I had no luck and unfortunately I will not be using booking.com anymore.I feel the places they advertise should be true to the pictures and they were no where close. So here I am out of my hard earned money due to not fault of my own.I am writing this in hope that it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
