It was an ok stay

The interior was clean and new and spacious.

It has one bathroom and 4 bed room. The balcony was not neat at all. The exterior of the house was also not at all clean and it looked shady. No dishwasher or washer and dryer in the unit.

Could be better, worst experience personally. Working with property management was a nightmare.

The location is few minutes drive from falls Part of the house is renovated and still needs tons of fixings

I was not provided the entry code on the day of stay. Had to call several times before I could get into property. Was delayed 3 hours post my stay started, the owner doesn't want to compensate for another trouble. Even bookings.com couldn't get any response from the owner/ property manager. Had a hard time getting timely response from the provided number for any questions. Originally allocated the first floor and changed to the second for no reason. I had toddlers, elderly and it was hard. The bed was good but pillows were a nightmare to sleep on . The quilt was cheap and not warm enough. Couldn't wait to get out. Took a day to get a wifi password. The unit can change the older/dirty couch , add some coffee mugs, forks etc. Clean the balcony/ porch.
