The customer service person was very helpful and they made the key collection process easy.
There was no dishwashing detergent to use the dishwasher. The guest bath shower runs water out all over the floor. Figuring out which electrical switch operates which light in which room was a challenge. The TV remote's batteries did not work.

The location was perfect and it was also clean with Isaac with us smiling the whole time and assisting when we need him ,
The did not give us enough tissues, it was only 1 per toilet for the whole weekend and we also did not have Isaac contact details so it was hard to communicate , also the key collection part is soo tiring , we expected the field security to be closer to the house not to go back to the main road for key collection
