This was a wonderful and cozy place in Tokyo. Located near two subway stations and with interesting restaurants and shops nearby. It was very clean and nice – it had all the amenities we needed and even more. The host was very kind, responding quickly to every message and offering sightseeing recommendations. Thank you for such a warm welcome.

Small flat with a washing machine, microwave and hob. Reasonably near Ueno station, and near Nippori fabric town. It was ok for one night's stopover whilst travelling through Tokyo. The bed was reasonably comfortable.
Whilst it was great to have a washing machine, there wasn't really anywhere to hang our washing. The outside drying rail isn't covered so our things got wet when it rained in the night.
Again with the hob - great to have but there was no knife to chop ingredients, or anywhere to chop them.
The bathroom is a little cramped and the toilet cistern is incredibly noisy when flushed.
We also found a silverfish bug in the bed during the night.
