Мы в полном восторге, прекрасное оснащение номеров, прекрасная прачечная очень удобная и отличное профессиональное оборудование которое действительно стирает и сушит, прекрасный персонал, отношение к клиенту максимально заботливое. Прекрасные азиатские завтраки, хочу сказать, что именно в этом месте я получила удовольствие от завтраков, отличная Сплит система кондиционирования. Отличное расположение.

La ubicación es buena, estas alejado del centro en una zona tranquila" pero puedes ir a muchos puntos de interes de la ciudad andando. La habitación era espaciosa y confortable. Ademas el servicio fue muy atentos y amables y me dejaron salir más tarde de la habitación (gracias a Maizong que me lo gestionó)

Atour hotel has far exceeded my expectation. The location was nice (opposite the main tourist areas), the room was special and filled with amenities, and the staff was exceptional. Our conceirge, Zhuzi, was really special and made the stay even more pleasent. She went and above to make sure we got enough what we needed and went an extra mile to ensure that we felt relaxed during our trip. Big thanks to Zhuzi!

I think the towels could use some more air freshener.

My stay at Atour S was exceptional. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped even including items like rollers and foam blocks, which were perfect for stretching and relieving body aches after long days exploring Chongqing. The hotel also uses high-end toiletries, including Le Labo products for body wash and shampoo, which was a really nice touch. The service truly set this hotel apart. 竹子 (Zhu Zi) and 麦冻 (Mai Dong) were incredibly attentive and responsive, always quick to address any concerns or offer helpful recommendations while I was out exploring the city. They made communication effortless by connecting on WeChat and using the translation feature, which I really appreciated. Another highlight was the laundry service—they went above and beyond by helping dry and fold our clothes and even delivering them back to our room, which made our stay so much more convenient. I’ve never experienced this level of service at any other hotel. Zhu Zi and Mai Dong genuinely elevated the entire stay for both me and my partner. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing.
