8 days advanced tee times, cart and walking fees apply per round.
Oct-December $1400/month Jan-April $1600/month (30 days)
Currently, we are limiting the amount of Golfing memberships/month based on current club activity.
Applications are taken at time of commitment and billed 30 days prior to your arrival.
All fees are non-refundable.
**A $40/month Level Loading fee will be applied to all memberships for Food and Beverage Gratuity*

This vacation property was even nicer than advertised. It was extremely clean, well appointed and had virtually everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. It even had a nice storage area in the carport that contained everything you need for the beach, including chairs, umbrella, and even a canopy.The condominium complex was very quiet. It is centrally located to everything in the Venice area. Derek, the property manager was extremely responsive and informative in all of our communication communications with him. We’ve been going down to Florida for years, and this is the nicest condo we have used so far, in fact, we’ve already booked it for a month next year because we enjoyed it so much.
