Very nice and clean. Close to everything

The home was excellent—just the right space for my teenage son and me as we visited family. The bedrooms and bathroom were nice, and the living space and outdoor patio area were great. The only minor issue was the neighbor, who has dogs, and they would be out barking late at night, but that was not the hosts' fault; it is just something to be aware of.

Lots of bath towels and wash cloths. Kathy and Jerry are very friendly and welcoming. The garage is an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay here served great purpose as it was convenient to beaches we wanted to shark tooth hunt on. Would stay here again.

Super cute guest house that had everything we needed including our own garage! Pleasantly surprised how roomy it was with good sized bedrooms an open living area and a very nice bathroom. Also, super close to beach! Thank you for making check in and out so smooth.

The quality of the sheets and towels was fabulous. Very thoughtful to leave some sweet treats.

We came for a bucket list mark off...and our son's 16 bday Cottage was amazing, Mrs. Kathy was amazing...had my son a birthday cookie cake upon arrival. Kept in contact and answered all our questions...we loved our relaxing stay. Highly recommended

Great little place! Close to a lot of the beaches and cool park down the street. Jerry and Kathy are very nice and friendly. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the rental ,but the neighbor's dogs may wake you in the morning. Overall it was a great experience and it was a bonus that Jerry and Kathy are a brother and sister in Christ. They are a blessing!

Our stay was great, Kathy even baked us a pie for Christmas. Would recommend this property to everyone.

Kathy was excellent at communicating from the beginning. When we arrived, the guest house was very clean and well maintained. They even left a nice note to welcome us. Our stay went smoothly with no complaints.

Property was even better than I had anticipated. Very clean and tidy and thoughtfully decorated. It was very roomy too.

Everything was as described. Peaceful place to rest and close to beach (4 minute drive). Highly recommend.

The place was great with a great host. Kathy made sure everything was perfect for us. The place was well stocked with everything you would need. You can also park in the garage which was very convenient also. Definitely would stay here again.

We rented this property during the week of Christmas 2021. This was our home away from home as we were visiting family in the area. This property is a completely separate garage apartment built behind the owner’s house. It has absolutely everything you need for your extended stay. We especially loved that we received a garage opener upon arrival and could park in the garage & unload groceries directly into the kitchen. The property feels so private as you have your own private front porch for coffee overlooking beautiful tropical plants. We also loved that the property has such a community feel. You are 5 min drive to Mannasota key beach which is very beautiful & private. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful slice of paradise with us during Christmas 2021. It was such a blessing to our family! Book this property you will not be disappointed. Happy New Year!

The cottage was awesome! Our hosts, Kathy and Jerry were very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with cookies and pumpkin bread. The cottage was close to the Manasota Key beach with awesome sunsets and lots of opportunities to find treasures My wife and I will recommend this place to all our friends and family.
