Memà is a cosy house with private pool located in a quiet and sunny position in the vicinity of Menfi, in south-western Sicily. Immersed in the countryside and surrounded by neat olive groves and evocative rows of vineyards, the house is embraced by a large patio with pergola equipped with garden furniture and a small salt-water swimming pool (3x6 metres). Subject to a painstaking restoration by the young owner, the house extends across a single level and consists of a large living-dining room with kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The interiors, furnished with taste and elegant simplicity, are equipped with the best comforts such as air-conditioning and heating in all rooms, Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, espresso machine, barbecue and private parking. Memà is the perfect retreat for a couple or small family but also an excellent base for reaching the beautiful sandy beaches of Lido Fiori and Portopalo di Menfi in just a few minutes by car. Also nearby are Selinunte, Sciacca, the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve and Agrigento, Mazara del Vallo, Marsala and Trapani.
