About this apartment rental
Welcome to our home. The accomodations are in the newly renovated walk-out basement of our home. Our location provides a quiet place to relax with a woodland view. Great for family vacation or business trip. Spacious interior space and ample outdoor area. We are located on a dead-end street about 20 minutes north of Nashville. Open Living/Kitchen/Dining area with sectional sofa, 70 inch Smart TV and a Coffee bar. Fully stocked kitchen (except for food) with most anything you may need. Two bedrooms with King beds and walk-in Closets, one of which also serves as a laundry room. Bathroom has double sinks and a separate room for the toilet and shower. Outdoor area includes a private covered patio and and adjacent sitting area with a firepit.

Very friendly owners with a lovely property! Nothing was lacking, we had everything we needed for entertainment and relaxing! Couldn't have asked for more! Morning coffee out on the patio watching the wildlife was so nice! Will definitely be back!
